Goodwin Property Management has stepped ahead of its industry competition, to lease a full fleet of vehicles for our Property Managers.
This is a strategic decision to raise the profile of our business, whilst providing personal transport for our Property Managers. Each Property Manager's Kia Sportage is sign-written and personalised with the name of the Property Manager. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time a real estate company in New Zealand has provided personal vehicles to every member of their team – traditionally individuals either own their cars or use from a transport pool.
The decision to provide the Property Managers with identical Kia Sportages is part of a programme to establish the Goodwin Property Management division as a leader in our field, based on the highest degree of professionalism and exceptional service. That image is underlined by the Kia Sportage fleet.
