"This is just to say that I have received outstanding service from Marta Okularczyk over the past few months since she became Property Manager for my two apartments. She has dealt both with an 'inherited' difficult situation, and with the tenant, with both tact and efficiency, and I was very impressed when I met her, face to face, yesterday for the first time. Marta's communication skills are excellent and she is quick to answer questions, find information for me, and organise whatever is required. She has apparently managed to keep good relations with the tenant despite having to eventually evict him last week via the Rentals Tribunal. She explained the management aspects of Goodwin and gave us good advice on options that would benefit us. The frustration we experienced with the length of time we waited on tenants was handled quite appropriately by Erin and she was always quite open to our opinion and decisions. I'd like to just thank Erin for being a wonderful agent and being empathetic to our situation.
She is a reliable and easy-going person and did a fantastic job finding tenants for our rental property!
