View our Available Properties on-line to find your ideal property. This website is updated immediately by our Office Administrators, so you can be assured our listings are always up to date!!
Print our Daily Rental List
This is a handy A4 summary of our latest listings – available as a pdf for you to print out. It is updated by our office at approximately midday each day.
Other Useful Info
Once you’ve found the property you want, simply fill out a Tenancy Application and submit it to us – and we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
After payment of your letting fee (equivalent to one week’s rent + GST), three weeks bond and one week's rent in advance, you’ll be ready to move in!

Tenant Repairs/Maintenance Form
It is a policy of Goodwin Property Management that all repairs or maintenance requests MUST BE IN WRITING and emailed, posted, faxed or delivered to our offices as soon as possible.
